Filipino singer and actress Kristel Fulgar has recently released her latest single titled “Never Close Enough” along with its music video on her birthday, December 29th. Co-written with Ysabelle Cuevas, a close friend and fellow singer-songwriter, “Never Close Enough” marks a significant milestone for Kristel.
